Speckle Parks

Speckle Park cattle originate from Canada, in the province of Saskatchewan. Their heritage is from Aberdeen Angus, Teeswater Shorthorn and White Park.

They are docile cattle, quiet, and kind natured, which makes them easy to work with in a low stress environment.

Speckle Park Cattle are described as a medium frame cow that are great foragers with speedy weight gain off grass. Their meat is praised for being well-marbled, adding to tenderness. It also has a low level of outer-layer fat.

Herefords and Black Baldys

Herefords are generally docile and fast growing cattle with good beef quality. They produce greater weight for age and rate of gain in pasture. With the ability to convert food easily they have lower wintering costs.

A Black Baldy is a type of crossbreed beef cattle produced by crossing Hereford cattle with a solid black breed, in our case we use a black Gelbvieh bull.
